It all started with 1 piano they had to share as a birthday gift. Later on, their father purchased a guitar for them because he wanted them to play his favorite Beatles songs. Broken Twinz consists of the dynamic duo: Jose A Batista & Jose M Batista! They started loving music at an early age gaining influences from the artists of the Beatles to Eminem. First it was the Beatles, Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, then they began to fall in love with hip-hop. Once they heard about 50 cent, Dr.Dre, and Eminem they wanted to capture the essence of loving your craft. The first time they recorded a song was at Rowan University inside a closet. Now after 10 years+ of practicing music they can produce, mix, and master their own tracks.
